Compas delivers technologies with robots, industrial automation and production IT systems of the MES/MOM class for "smart" digital factories in the vision of Industry 4.0. Compas activities in the supply of solutions for Digital Factories: - construction and delivery of Single Purpose Machines, production lines with robots and investment units - industrial automation for serial and batch production processes - comprehensive digitalization of production, logistics and maintenance. We differentiate ourselves by being able to supply manufacturing companies with integrated, fully automated and digitized production units from technology to production IT. We are one of the leaders in the field of industrial automation solutions and an automation partner of Beckhoff, Siemens, Stäubli. We design electrical devices, program Simatic and Beckhoff control systems, and apply robots from Stäubli and other manufacturers. In automation, our team of 80 specialists is one of the leaders in Europe. In the field of technology construction and supply, we offer the supply of new and modifications to existing Single Purpose Machines and equipment with the implementation of robots from Fanuc, Kuka, Stäubli and other manufacturers. We implement the COMES production information MES/MOM system and create a comprehensive system integration solution that enables detailed production planning, improving production management, quality, internal logistics and managing maintenance. We supply applications for the automotive, plastics, engineering and process industries (batch production). Novelty: We expanded the scope of our services for the optimization of production processes by the distribution and implementation of the system for the collection and analysis of process and camera data from the German company iba AG. It is a unique system that knows no limits and brings a comprehensive view of the behavior of production technologies in all contexts. We provide exclusive sales and consulting representation for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
