International Food Fair SALIMA / VINEX gives a full overview of Czech and foreign suppliers of food, ingredients, alcoholic and soft drinks, sweets, coffee, tea and delicatessen. New, finished products and speciality products are presented to trade visitors and end consumers to judge at food tastings and wine and beer tastings from microbreweries. The SALIMA / VINEX fair is aimed at both B2B and B2C visitors and takes place in a two-year period, always in even years.
