The State Investment and Development Company (SIRS) is a state-owned joint-stock company, where the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic exercises shareholder rights. SIRS specialises in the proactive preparation of strategic business areas suitable for the implementation of the largest industrial capacities for production with higher added value. The aim is to prepare the sites as responsibly as possible with regard to environmental, social and governance impacts (ESG principles).
