The company Sariv-Němčík s.r.o. is a Czech-Italian company that was founded in 1996 by the Italian manufacturer of blind rivets and rivet nuts, Sariv s.r.l. and Jiří Němčík. The original assortment was regularly expanded over time, and today, thanks to more than 25 years of experience, the company ranks among the major distributors of fasteners, blind rivets, rivet nuts, pressing and welding elements, etc. Currently, the company Sariv-Němčík s.r.o. two branches, Sariv spol. z o.o. in Poland and Sariv s.r.o. in Slovakia. Both branches have their own warehouse. In 2005 was founded the subsidiary company Hondra Automotive s.r.o., which deals with the production rivets and the production of drawing parts. The products are delivered to customers in the Czech Republic, Italy, Poland, Latvia and Slovakia, with roughly 60% of production being exported. Since 2003, the company has been a holder of the ISO 9001 quality certificate.
